Me dedico al asesoramiento individualizado de adultos, adolescentes y niños,  y a seminarios de actividades temáticas en grupo, como por ejemplo la constelación familiar, la constelación organizacional, la meditación, la activación del ADN, Brain Gym y EFT para diferentes temas. Todas estas actividades  sirven para el crecimiento personal, el aprovechamiento del potencial humano positivo.  Mi pasión es el desarrollo y la transmisión de métodos cada vez más eficaces y rápidos para superar los obstáculos internos de cada uno y así capacitarle a mejorar las circunstancias de su vida. Como resumen y conclusión práctica de mis conocimientos y experiencias he desarrollado el  Plan Fénix. 

  Ich bin Friederike Steinhagen, Jahrgang 1953, Hamburgerin und seit 30 Jahren im Dienste der Familien tätig. In meinen Beratungen setze ich sowohl meine Erfahrung als Lehrerin und Therapeuting ein, als auch mein besonderes Geschick im Umgang mit jungen Menschen und meine medialen Fähigkeiten.

Für Spanien-Urlauber biete ich Meditationskurse und Coaching an.
 
Mein besonderes Arbeits- und Forschungsgebiet ist  die Quantenpädagogik  (ich glaube, ich habe dieses Wort erfunden) als  Antwort auf die Herausforderungen wie z.B. die Lernunlust vieler Schüler und die zunehmende Gewalt in Schule und Familie. Eltern und Erzieher befinden sich angesichts der „Zeitenwende“ auf pädagogischem Neuland. Viele der alten Erziehungsprinzipien greifen nicht mehr. Die neue Schwingung, die ein Grossteil der heutigen Kinder mitbringt, ist noch weitgehend unerforscht, so dass Erzieher im allgemeinen noch keine passenden Konzepte für den Umgang mit diesen Wesen entwickelt haben, die so anders sind als sie selbst.

Ich führe die Fäden zusammen, die Eltern und Kindern bzw. Jugendlichen ermöglichen, das holistische Muster zu erahnen, das sie gemeinsam bilden. In meinen Beratungen orientiere ich die Ratsuchenden ganz konkret über Übungen und Mittel zur Harmonisierung ihrer jeweiligen Situation. Durch die Beratung können die Personen in Kontakt mit ihren unbeachteten, jedoch wichtigen und wertvollen Facetten und Persönlichkeitsanteilen kommen, sowie auch mit ihren unsichtbaren spirituellen Helfern.

Kinder reagieren besonders gut auf Blütenessenzen und Kristalle, die ebenfalls in der Beratung zur Anwendung kommen können. Die systemische Familien-aufstellung stellt eine weitere wertvolle Klärungsmöglichkeit dar.

My name is Friederike Elisabeth Steinhagen, and I am from Hamburg, Germany.
Life has tossed me around quite a bit, and I am presently living in Almería, Spain.

I dream big.
I see myself living in a world of peace, joy and abundance.
My thoughts, feelings and activities are directed towards this vision.
As a therapist, I help families find their peace through family constellations.
I help students to find out about their passion and help them liberate their personal potential so that they can realize their dreams.
In meditation groups we send love, peace and harmony to ourselves, our neighborhoods, towns and the whole Earth.
In my whole-day-workshops we experiment with quantum fields, EFT, kinesiology, systemic constellations, flower essences and crystals. We practice staying with our new feelings of gratitude, love and abundance while we are living our everyday lives in the consciousness of the new energy. 

I do individual consultations directed to the personal devellopment of adults and children.
I do talks, seminars and consultations internationally, networking with other lightworkers.
And I have published two books, one in German and one in Spanish.

Some 30 years ago I was trained to be a school teacher. Later, I became a kinesiologist and helped children to balance their body and brain so they were able to learn with more ease and joy. Many mothers liked this, and wanted sessions with me, too. I became an expert in crystals and flower essences. Over the years I have become a consultor for people of all ages. I have also worked in the teacher training in Germany and Spain and have develloped a project for harmonizing quantum fields at schools (and companies and elsewhere).

The most exciting adventure of leaving behind more and more of my limiting patterns of thought and behaviour and catching a glimpse from time to time of my true power and potential - even if I am not able yet to live it fully at each moment - has become my passion. My present work includes the DNA-activation.
